CSA Shareholder Agreement

I understand that my payment entitles me to a weekly share of fresh, Certified Organic Produce harvested at Spiral Path Farm. The farmer agrees to provide me with a weekly share of the freshest quality certified organic produce available throughout the 2024 Season.

I also understand that I am making a commitment to Spiral Path Farm CSA, and recognize that since there is no guarantee on the exact amount of produce I will receive for my share, I will share both the rewards and the risks of the growing season along with the other members and farmers. I also understand that my payment is to be made in full and is non-refundable. I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Spiral Path Farm and the Brownback Family from any responsibility or liability for injuries or damage of any kind which I, or anyone accompanying me, may incur as a result of being on the farm property or using any produce or other farm product.

It is my responsibility to pick up my share within scheduled distribution hours on my designated pick up day, or I may contact my host to make other arrangements, and that if I do not, my share will be donated elsewhere.
