Real Organic Project stands against the USDA’s inclusion of hydroponic farming under certified organic farms. It believes this has diminished the core values of organic and we are in danger of losing the very meaning of the word organic. We need to unite around healthy soil and pasture-based organic farming. Farming and eating organically are better for the environment, better for animals, and better for the health of all people involved. Spiral Path Farm is a supporter of this project and believes we need to keep the soil in organic.
